Join Our Team: Membership and Fundraising Manager
Haw River Assembly seeks a passionate and detail-oriented Membership and Fundraising Manager to help grow our grassroots environmental organization. For 40 years, we’ve been protecting the Haw River and Jordan Lake across eight counties in central North Carolina. Now, we’re looking for someone to help strengthen and expand our community of supporters.
In this part-time role (20 hours/week), you’ll manage our donor database, cultivate relationships with members and major donors, and develop strategies to increase our community engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Location: Bynum office in Chatham County, NC

Join us in our fight to leave our river cleaner than when you started! We have several fall, spring and summer, semester-long internships for college students. We have both in-person opportunities and completely remote that will allow students who are all over our watershed to gain the communication and technical skills it takes to protect a river and environment in their future careers and personal lives.
