The Haw River Assembly offers many of ways that you can appreciate the beauty of the river and share that experience with others. Check this website for a calendar of activities and events, including canoe trips, hikes along the Haw, eagle watching, wildflower hunts, river monitoring, community gatherings, mill tours, and many more activities.
Volunteering to be part of HRA projects is also a wonderful way to experience river magic and enjoy the fun and satisfaction of working with others to help protect and restore our river. Under Projects, you can learn more about what we do and how you can participate.

Films
Haw River Assembly remains committed to highlighting and sharing films to the public that address environmental issues and provide in-depth resources to empower communities. Films reflect ongoing topics such as on going pipeline threats, polluted drinking water, and threats to our local watershed. To see past and upcoming films, click here.
